NBA Live 10: A New Direction

Submitted on July 15, 2009 No Comment

Coming your way is the new NBA Live 10, the 2009 installment of the all-time favorite basketball series with the cover sporting Dwight Howard from the Orlando Magics. It will possess upgraded features such as better controller response, player specific moves such as signature shot styles and certain footspeed, better visual and presentation including players on the bench wearing warmups and signs in the crowd, and different new modes.

NBA Live 10

Since it is powered by Synergy Sports, the leading provider of scouting information for NBA teams, NBA Live 10 will contain up-to-date data regarding current injuries, streaks and trades in the basketball world.

The games will be commentated by Marv Albert and Steve Kerr, who were also the commentators in the previous NBA Live series.

NBA Live 10 will cease to let players use separate shoot and dunk or lay-up buttons. The lead gameplay designer, Mike Wang, says that the reason for this is that they are focusing on making the new series as realistic as possible by concentrating on the fundamentals.

NBA Live 10

There are many other exciting features in NBA live 10 because the producers have decided to try and offer a different perspective and flavor. You could say that they’ve taken NBA Live 10 to a totally new and innovated direction. See for yourself in October 2009 and feel the thrill and excitement of the sport that we all love.
