The mysterious mercenary in ‘Resident Evil 6′ is still a mystery with very little given out from Capcom. But the company has just announced that he won’t be the only gun for hire in the upcoming game. The shocking news here is that the other mercenary is you the player! They have just confirmed that they will be coming back with the score-attack mercenaries-mode. It make you the mercenary because you would be asked to pick which side you will be on based on the deal they are offering.
And to get this will depend where you place your preorder from. There are three bonus maps in the mercenary mode and they are split to be divided based on where you place the order from. Those preordering from Amazon will get the High Seas Fortress map and those using GameStop will get the Catacombs. But those that will buy through BestBuy will get the Railyard.
As the game is due for release on the 2nd of October, there is still enough time for players to decide which they will go for although there is the likelihood that all the maps will become downloadable sooner rather than later.
